Risotto ai funghi porcini con pollo

Chicken Risotto features creamy Arborio rice gently cooked with porcini mushrooms and tender chicken, offering a rich, earthy, and deeply comforting flavor.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Aubergine Parmigiana er lag på lag af tyndtskårne auberginer, let stegt til de er gyldne, lagt sammen med hjemmelavet tomatsauce, smeltet mozzarella og et strejf af parmesan. Retten er fyldig, men samtidig blød og delikat – en klassiker fra Syditalien, der altid føles som et varmt kram.
